I was born shortly after Stalin's death.
As a baby I had my nappy changed in the vicinity of a now famous Joanna Sz. at our local surgery.
I lived and studied in Warsaw.
My best mates at my primary school were Wojciech W., a journalist now, Krzysztof K., Waldemar Sz. who are both known film directors.
At secondary school I was friends with Julia Z. (P. now, we all know who I mean) and the late Zdzislaw Z., the bass guitar player of "Breakout", "Perfect".
In 1978 I graduated from the Warsaw's Academy of Arts in Interior Design.
During my degree I worked for Polish TV as scenographer assistant for numerous performances and programmes.
I have designed record covers, too.
The logo of the band "Budka Suflera" was my design.
During 80's I worked physically in Poland - recovering raw materials (sometimes at minus 25ºC) and in Australia at a farm (where the temperature often reached 35ºC over zero).
During the martial law my flat in Wilanow was often the underground for the editorial staff of "Tygodnik Mazowsze".
That's how it was. And now I am next to..., far from..., in the suburbs of... . It is like it was supposed to be. I am slight.
